Yes. AgencyOS ships as a private GitHub repo invite plus a zip of the assembled Next.js project. Deploy it on your own Vercel and Supabase. If LaunchKits disappeared tomorrow, your deployment keeps running unchanged.
Is anything gated behind the subscription?+
No. The optional Pro plan ($14/mo) and the AI add-on layer extras like managed hosting and update streams on top of what you bought. They never gate a feature you already paid for.
