How it works

What exactly do I get when I buy?+
Source code for a complete, working operations site — backend dashboard plus customer-facing pages. You get a private GitHub repo invite immediately, or a zip download. Includes setup.sql for Supabase, .env.example, README with deployment steps for Vercel, and the kit's modules pre-wired with bridges between them.
Do I need a developer to deploy this?+
If you're comfortable copy-pasting environment variables and clicking through Vercel + Supabase setup wizards, no. The README walks through it in about 20 minutes. If that's too technical, our Pro tier ($14/mo, shipping Phase 8) handles hosting for you so you only ever interact with your content edit dashboard.
What's the concierge review for?+
Builder submissions go through Vincent's queue before delivery. He confirms the build is functional, addresses any notes you left, and ships you confirmed-working code. Most submissions clear in under 24 hours. The concierge layer is the trust contract: you don't pay $149-$199 for code-that-compiled, you pay for confirmed-functional.
Is this a SaaS subscription?+
No. The kits and modules are one-time purchases. The code is yours forever, and your purchase keeps working even if LaunchKits disappeared tomorrow. Pro ($14/mo) is optional and covers extras like managed hosting and update streams. It never gates anything you already paid for.

Pricing and value

How is this cheaper than Jobber/Mindbody/Housecall Pro?+
They charge $150-$400 a month forever. Our Starter Kits are $149-$199 once. The math works because we're selling code-to-own, not infrastructure-to-rent. You self-host (or pay $14/mo for managed hosting) and the recurring SaaS costs disappear. Most buyers see month-one ROI vs. the SaaS they're replacing.
Can I add more capabilities later?+
Yes. Individual modules ($29-$49 each) drop in cleanly via the bridge system. Want to add Booking to a kit that didn't include it? $39 + a one-line module install. Each module knows how to wire into the CRM, Invoicing, and other modules you already have.
What if I want a custom-built version?+
Use the builder to compose a custom configuration, or open a Custom Build ticket for net-new modules / structural changes / dedicated engineering time. Custom Build tier starts at $499 for assembly + customization, scales up for fully bespoke modules.
Refund policy?+
Full refund on pre-delivery cancel. After delivery, 30-day window for stock kits, 14 days for Custom Builds. Email gyapaganda@gmail.com to start a refund.

Support and help

What if I get stuck setting it up?+
Email gyapaganda@gmail.com directly or open a ticket via the support page. Vincent reads every message. Most setup questions are resolved within a business day.
Do you provide ongoing support?+
Free support is best-effort via email. Pro tier ($14/mo, Phase 8) includes a private Discord, monthly office hours, and priority bug fixes. Buyers without Pro still get bug fixes for genuine code issues we ship; we just can't guarantee response time.
What if I find a bug?+
Email it. Bugs in the source code (not your specific deployment) get patched and pushed to the repo. If you have Pro, you get the patch automatically. Without Pro, your code is frozen at purchase version but you can pull the patch manually.
Can I customize the design after delivery?+
Yes. The buyer dashboard lets you edit copy, images, colors, page sections, and module-level content (services, pricing, FAQs) anytime — no return trip through the queue. Adding a new module or switching templates wholesale comes back as a new submission.

Templates and library

What's the difference between a kit and a template?+
A kit is the functional shape: which modules, what data flows, what business operations the site runs. A template is the visual identity: typography, color palette, copy voice, photography style, motion. They compose orthogonally — any kit pairs with any compliant template. ServicePro in Bedrock (navy + orange) and ServicePro in Vapor (retro neon) run the same data and logic, with completely different surfaces.
How many kit×template variants exist?+
11 templates × 11 kits = 121 possible variants today, scaling to 600-700 at full v1 catalog. Vincent curates a commercially-viable subset (~200-400) for the library; the rest are accessible via the builder for buyers who want unusual combinations.
Can I switch templates after delivery?+
$49 template re-skin: same modules, same data, swapped to a different template. Comes back as a small submission, Vincent re-runs delivery in the new template.

Hosting and ownership

Where do I host this?+
Self-host on Vercel (free tier covers most kits) or anywhere that runs Next.js. Database on Supabase free tier covers most kits. Email via Resend (3000 emails/month free). Total recurring infra cost for a small business: $0 to start.
What about hosted Pro?+
Pro tier ($14/mo, shipping Phase 8) provides managed Cloudflare Pages hosting on a subdomain or your custom domain, managed Supabase, managed email setup. Join the waitlist.
Do I own my data?+
Completely. Supabase is your account. Your customer database lives there, fully exportable. Even if you stop using LaunchKits, you keep the data, the code, and the deployment.
