Refund Policy

• Before delivery: cancel and get a full refund.
• Stock kits and modules, after delivery: 30 days from delivery.
• Custom builds, after delivery: 14 days from delivery.
• Subscriptions: cancel any time to stop the next charge. Periods already started are not refunded.

A kit is delivered as a private GitHub repository the moment your invitation is sent, and code cannot be un-sent once you accept it. The windows give you a real chance to deploy and evaluate what you bought. Custom builds are shorter because the work is assembled specifically for you and reviewed before it reaches you.

If we charged you and the repository access did not arrive, that is our failure, not a use of your refund window. Tell us and we will either fix delivery immediately or refund in full. See the claim page if your invitation went missing.

Email gyapaganda@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or use the support form. Include the kit name and, if you have it, the Stripe receipt number. We reply within one business day.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank sets the final timing, typically 5 to 10 business days. Once a refund is issued we will remove your access to the private repository.

LaunchKits Core, Site and Connect are free and MIT licensed. There is nothing to refund.
